This System Access Policy ("Policy") governs all usage of HardNetSoft's Identity and Access Management System ("the System"), including affiliated websites, applications, and digital platforms (but not limited to). By accessing the System, you acknowledge that:
HardNetSoft operates through a global network of legally independent member entities and firms, and they provide services
Your compliance with these terms is mandatory for continued access
2. Acceptable Use Requirements
2.1. Authorization Boundary
You may ONLY use the System if:
Engaging with HardNetSoft as a client, partner, researcher, or an entity with formal and valid authorization
Accessing specifically granted resources
Maintaining ongoing compliance with this Policy
2.2. Strict Prohibitions
You MUST NOT:
Impersonate entities or individuals through credential manipulation
Misrepresent organizational affiliations or access privileges
Reverse engineer, decompile, hack, attack, or modify System architecture (including bypassing security protocols)
Exploit System vulnerabilities for unauthorized data extraction
Use automated scraping tools without express written consent
3. Security & Credential Management
3.1. Credential Integrity
You SHALL:
Maintain 100% accuracy of registration data, including job title, contact details, geolocation, current project, and affiliation
Update credentials within 24 hours of organizational changes
Report discrepancies to: credentials@hardnetsoft.com
3.2. Access Safeguards
You MUST:
Treat multi-factor authentication tokens as sensitive as Bank PINs
Never share session credentials (including one-time passwords) via any form of unencrypted or personal channels
Immediately report compromised credentials at breach@hardnetsoft.com
Implement hardware-based authentication where available
3.3. Threat Mitigation
You SHALL NOT:
Circumvent geofencing or IP-based targeted or non-targeted access controls
Disable endpoint security validation protocols
Store credentials in browser cache or password managers
4. System Reliability Disclaimers
4.1. Availability Limitations
HardNetSoft:
Provides NO uptime or service stability guarantees (planned and unplanned outages may occur at any time)
Retains unconditional right to terminate System access without notice
May deprecate features based on architectural evolution
4.2. Liability Exclusion
To maximum extent permitted by law:
All member entities and firms EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM warranties (including fitness for purpose)
NO liability applies for:
Data loss during service interruptions
Third-party integration failures
Consequences of acting upon System-delivered content
NO cross-network responsibility (e.g., Singapore member firm bears no liability for systems operated by Brazilian counterpart)
5. Cross-Network Access Protocol
5.1. Federated Resource Policy
When accessing resources across member firms:
Primary authentication occurs through home-region System node
Compliance with local data sovereignty laws is YOUR responsibility
Activity logs are shared globally for threat intelligence purposes
5.2. Jurisdictional Limitations
European Union users: GDPR consent mechanisms govern data processing
APAC users: Data residency follows Singapore PDPA frameworks
Americas users: CCPA opt-out provisions apply only to California residents
6. Enforcement & Consequences
6.1. Violation Response
HardNetSoft may:
Immediately revoke access upon policy breach detection
Initiate forensic audits without user notification
Pursue legal action for damages resulting from violations
6.2. Non-Waiver Provision
Failure to enforce any clause DOES NOT constitute:
Implicit approval of non-compliant behavior
Waiver of future enforcement rights
Modification of existing terms

Authentication: OAuth 2.0 + OpenID Connect
Encryption: AES-256 (data at rest) / TLS 1.3+ (data transit)
Session Timeout: 10 minutes inactivity for sensitive systems or 60 minutes for standard portals
